In the ever competitive,”get it done yesterday”, “give me the cheapest price” times that we live in it’s good to know that occasionally brand integrity and values are rewarded with loyalty and applause from customers.
To Waitrose and it’s 70,000 partners and army of fans…congratulations on an amazing year. It’s good to know that principle, a strong and coherent brand ‘tone’ and practical customer approbation are all joined at the hip. The market has decided its champion.
